I was just wondering if there are any guys from around the Leigh area (North West). I live in Atherton, and have been seeing quite a few different Impreza's around my way recently.

 

im from around that area mate drive a my00 dark blue most of the time i just go for a drive round or when im with the wife i go to bents lol

My brother use to work at Bents. He said it's the worst place he's ever worked, lol.

I don't know if I have seen you about. There is a white STI partial plate: L* N*B. I see this one regular, and I've also seen a green Turbo with Type R spoiler on pulling handbrake turns.

nice 1 ive seen the bottom car before mate, do you go to grasshopper at all they are based in leigh.

I've been to Grasshopper Pro Sport before. I tried to get a job there about a year ago, but now I work at Middlehurst Motorsport in St Helens.

Do you go to Grasshopper?

used to go grasshopper mate until latz (spelling) left, never been since

were about in st helen's is Middlehurst Motorsport

do they do all tuning parts for scoobs.

Yeah, I use to visit when Latz was there. I went to one of them open evenings they had in December 2002, I think on the Sunday.

Middlehurst Motorsport is a Nissan dealer in St Helens. It's in Newton Le Willows. They were the only Nissan dealer in the UK to sell R33's and R34 GTR's.

They should be able to get you some bits for your scoob. They can get any tuning part to be honest.

Hi guys,

Just spotted a few more today (The same one's). I flashed a white WRX which went past me. There was also a Grey newer WRX STI, looking rather splendid. I couldn't catch the reg's, but I believe the white one is an R'Reg.

Another local scoob, is a white WRX, which has a private reg in BOLD. Partial reg: D*EN*

Hi guys just joined and saw this thread, i live in Leigh, ppl might recognise the civic that ive got as ive had that a while, only had the WRX a week so still getting used to it but enjoying it in the process, already spoke to a couple of guys on here (rich wild) and Sonic came to Rollin Road day that i organised last month. Thought i would add that info just in case ppl thought i might be some thievin twocing scum, definatly not.

Yup, I sure do recognise your Civic.

About a year ago, I used to get picked up by some lads in a Primera GT while my car was off the road. I waited near the sportsman pub but further up, and I use to see you going past every morning at about 7:40?

Your WRX looks fantastic! What do you have planned for it?

Plans for the WRXonder2:

its already had a zorst fitted before i bought it so the sweet burble sound is enough to keep me amused for a short while, setting my sights on all the usual things, like BOV, panel filter, turbo timer, im not at all clued up on this engine so everthings kinda new to me, show me a Honda engine and i know wot im doin, gonna be leaving all my upgrades in the hands of Rich Wild @ jap innovations, as for styling i want the WR1 kit cos that looks minted, also wanna drop it a few mm as well but dont know wots the best choice to go for, want a nice set of jap style rims aswell but my plans completly out weigh my funds

I've got a mate with a white R33 GTS-t who lives in Lowton. It has 3 spokes, and it running about 340 BHP. Don't know if you've seen him about?

Sure have noticed you both.

Zool, I have seen you about going past my house in Atherton. When I first saw your Scooby a few weeks ago, I saw the big black spoiler on the back and wondered when you would have it painted. I Have the March with a set of Enkei alloys, and a few other GTi-R bits, but lurking in the back garden is my R32:

Also, have any of you guys noticed a light blue scoob. It's an L-Reg, poverty 1.6/1.8 model with a set of gold alloys, big rear spoiler, some loud exhaust, and a Turbo front bumper.

Not noticed the light blue one about, although there is a guy in the Hindley area with a Silver STI Classic who always lets on, I assume he visits this site.
