Dont know if my central locking motor is on its way out, but its started to make a very strange noise when i open and close the doors and lock the car using the drivers side lock switch, at first it sounded good, but now.. it sounds like im strangling a cat, any ideas Guys n Gals?

It's the electric gearbox /motor thatpulls & pushes the locking arm , Mine was doing exactly the same for ages & then packed in all together (passenger door) New ones were V expensive & sourcing a 2nd user one was impossible, so took it off all together & have the passenger door operating manually from all the others

Mine makes a whining noise too - for now its kinda cool - a bit of character - but here's hopin it doesnt pack in!!
