Question What is the name of this part?

I am trying to find out the name of the part that is on the inside of the drivers door (under the door card) and is connected to the central locking system. It has a power supply and operates when you press the button on the key fob which in turn operates the central locking and turns on the alarm system (all standard subaru). It is basically a small black plastic case with a lever arm coming out of it. I have a my99 classic imprezza turbo. Any help appreciated, and if some one has one they want to sell to me I would be very happy
Cheers
Ricky
