What model? Phase 2 classics have an unused nipple on the inlet manifold ideal for boost gauges. Phase 1 most tee into the pipe off the inlet manifold to the dump valve.

New age, not sure but I assume they also have the unused nipple.

Phase 2 Classic,

I am aware of the unused connection on the manifold but that seems to pickup fluctuations in pressure when I get surge, and gauge flutters all over the shop.

I just wondered if there was another pipe I could T into that wouldn't suffer from pulses in pressure.
