Fuel pressure for sti v5 with FSE reg

Fuel pressure for sti v5 with FSE reg

I have adjusted the pressure to 3 bar with the vac hose off .... is this correct for my car - sti v5?

That's what I set mine at. I ran the car with Delta Dash connected and AFRs all looked about right.
