there are 3 cats on an 03, up pipe, downpipe, and center, i personally have only taken off the center so far, with no problems.
Subaru will say that because they want you to buy the PPP, which is a fantastic product, but a lot of people would prefer to decat and tek3 the car which produce higher gains, but without the warranty.

its all standard apart from the center and an old scoobysport backbox, with a coupl eof other tweaks its still pushing out 265-270bhp tho

green panel filter and a dawes device set to 1.1 bar, and a good engine to start with. The car RR'd at 252bhp with just the backbox and filter at standard boost, so taking out the center cat and upping the boost to 1.1 "should" be giving me around those figures, im awaiting the next RR session to confirm that though.
