Default phone socket / broadband probs

I have finally got my broadband enabled... 60 bloody days mind!!!!

and i had to change isp,s

trouble is i still cant connect .. one fixed and one static green light!!!

what should the connections in the phone socket on the wall be??

could it be i have piggybacked the wrong terminals when i put the additional

sockets in??

currently all the sockets in the house, are fed from the main inlet box in the hall,(branch from one feed) or should they all be connected like a linked system?? (bummer for cables though)

or could i have a duff modem!!!

any help would be appreciated

Mart

one fixed and one static green light!!!
I presume you meant one static and one flashing??

This suggests that the connection has yet to come live - can be any time up to 6pm on the day.

Well done. Just remember you need one microfilter per telephone socket that is in use.
