Question 04 WRX Wagon Suspension???

I got a new WRX wagon, had a classic my2000 wagon before and handling was superb? This wagon the suspension just feels so spongey and airy? Anyone else find this? Would it help if changed the dampers to STi8 ones and purchased some Prodrive springs?? Or anyone know of any other kits reasonably priced with no fiddle after being fitted???

Hi mark i fitted eibach springs to mine and it totally transformed the car. Depends what you want but mine sits lower, and is alot stiffer i feel every bump now where as new it was a bit soft for a performance car.

You don't have to change the dampers. Prodrive do a spring kit for the WRX.

The Prodrive kit helps a lot and is worth doing if you keep the car. I have an 03 WRX SL wagon with PPP, 18" wheels and the Prodrive springs and still find the roll excessive. However, I don't want to mess with anything else.

Car is still impressive in the round versus other things for c£25k but they need to sort the suspension out.
