as above does anyone know the bhp of a 96 import gravel express,are they the same spec engines as a wrx saloon....what are the differences to a wrx wagon of the same year..thanks in advance..oh and what turbo does it have..i am planning on buying this for my girlfreind and doing a few bits and bobs to it..thanks again

But as its a wagon, it will be 220ps on 100 ron fuel.
The turbo is a TD04 as per MY99 onward uk cars.

you say 220 hp as per your uk car..but if this is an import from japan wont it be more,i thought the miniumum on an import scooby would be 240hp???

 

from what ive read on this as i was going to buy one before my uk turbo, the g/express is 220bhp same as the uk car. the only difference is cosmetic and suspension the g/e had front bull bars(but may be taken off due to laws over here?) higher suspension for the extra possible off road use, two tone paint(usually black/grey) every thing else was more or less wrx
