Hi all,this is my first post so please bare with me.
Have just got my first scooby,wow wot a car.Im no mechanic,and dont know a lot about engines.
Whilst driving the engine just dies,well i mean everything dies,electics the lot,and the car is totally emobalised,and wont restart for 5-10 mins.The check engine light comes on and flashes 2 times per second,and the handbook says it is something to do with the emobaliser.Has anybody else had this problem?.
If so any info would be much appreciated. The car is.
UK spec 98 turbo with no extras

 

go to a alarm fitting centre,they prob wont touch ur currant alarm/immobiliser,but will advise u on a cure and also try selling u a new one ha ha best o luck
