What colour spring with Forge VAT DV on a WRX 04

Question What colour spring with Forge VAT DV on a WRX 04

Can anyone tell me what colour spring I should be using in an 04 WRX for a forge VTA DV please?

Red, it will come with blue as standard give them a call on 01452 380999 & they should send FOC

Is it definately a red spring I need to use? How come they supply it with blue then?

It depends how you want it to hold/release boost. The blue one is softer so it dumps easier, whereas the red one doesn't dump as easily. I have the blue one with a couple of shims to "fine tune". This was because the blue on its own dumped too early for my liking ie in the midlle of long corners (produces scary snap oversteer). It's personal choice, there isn't a "best" solution for everyone.
