Thinking of buying a classic V reg impreza.

It has PPP from new I believe, what will this have extra compared to standard.

might have a larger capacity fuel pump as well.

 

Just check on the insurance first , as some companys can't get their heads around the PPP upgrade and want to insure each bit as a separate mod .It should put out in the region of 240-250 ish Bhp IIRC

 

The fuel pump wasn't changed on MY99 or MY00, I believe. Mine certainly wasn't.

For insurance purposes it basically counts as a 'chip' and exhaust, giving a power increase from about 215 to 245bhp. The engine is also much more flexible low down and the Prodrive back box is one of the best sounding out there IMHO.

 

I stand corrected then on the fuel pumps then. Maybe its just on the later cars they have it.

The pack will certainly make the car a lot more drivealbe.
