Default Any special tools required for clutch/flywheel change?

If doing a clutch and flywheel change, are any special alignment tools required for fitting the flywheel or clutch plate or when they are bolted up do they adopt the correct alignment position??

cheers
Ian

no you need to align them.. whether you use a tool or not is another matter.. I prefer not to..

You can't go wrong with the flywheel but you will need to centre the friction plate of the clutch, you can do it by eye though as David is hinting towards....the worst that'll happen is that you won't be able to get the gearbox back on

The 'eye' method resulted in my 6 attempts to get the sod of a box back on.........got it right in the end. Get a tool from Halfords, about £10 and save the grief.
Bet Dave is good at darts too!
