Millers CVL
Hi all
Running low on Millers octane plus and was wondering if there are any probs with going to Millers CVL? Is it worth the extra £25 for a case or should i stick to the octane plus?
I have a fully de catted system and will reset the ecu if i get the CVL.
Many thanks
Johnny

I could have sworn the place I bought my Millers Octane Plus from had Octane Plus and CVL at the same price per bottle. Maybe i should get the CVL next time as i'm decatted.
Is it totally necessary to reset the ECU for this?

octane+ - gives you 2 full RON, 1 bottle treats 50ltrs (ideal to pull super/optimax/etc. upto 100RON)
CVL - gives up to 3 full RON, treats 20ltrs (aimed at trackday/competition use due to added benefit of valve lubricant to protect against valve seat recession)............marketed as a "valve lubricant" to comply with FIA and MSA fuel regulations that prohibit octane additives - can damage catalyst cars with prolonged use!!
CVL Turbo - gives upto 4 full RON, treats 20ltrs (aimed at the FIA 102RON 'turbo' fuels on the market that cost in excess of £3/ltr!!)........has added benefit of oxygenating the fuel which particuarly helps with rally cars which have to run "air restrictors", giving a cost effective improvement to those on a more modest rally budget.............
hope this is of some help,
