go for the green filter mate, the ITG isn't a well regarded filter on here. the oil on it can get sucked thru onto the MAF sensor and bugger it (not good)
i used an ITG for a couple of years and the horror stories of blown engines made me go for the Green filter.
I use the Green filter as well. As recommended by the lads at TSL who are well into advising against oil filled Induction kits etc. Go for the Green filter...
sorry for being so green (no punn intended) but what is a panel filter and what does it do?
Regards
Fergie
panel filter is the air filter, direct replacement using standard airbox. as opposed to induction kit which replaces the airbox with cone shaped filter.

Thanx for that, i have a 04 WRX-STI Type UK, what would be best for this green panel or induction replacement?, and what gains can be expected?.
I was recommended to use ans STI panel filter from quite a few sources including Roger Clarkes so I went with that one and it seems to run fine. I've got a MY99 by the way.
