Default What Should Oil Pressure be?

Have just got round to fitting the sender for my oil pressure guage. MY93.

What should the pressure be? I am really worried as I get around 40psi when cold but then down to 0 psi at idle. The OEM switch has been removed so I don't know if the light would be on.

I had the oil changed a couple of months ago (Mobil 1 15w50 motorsport). I have done a search and found that most people 'prime' the system first.ie remove the crank sensor and turn it over. Not sure if this was done.

Any advice would be appreciated. Should I be worried??

Default pressure

Hey dude - idle once warm should be about 30-35 psi and cold starts should see 90-95 psi

less than 20 psi means a real problem! GET IT CHECKED ASAP!
