On my way to the pub last night I saw an umarked white Astra van in Rayliegh (near Southend) behind the van (hiden from the direction of traffic) was 2 tripods one with a flashgun and the other with a mobile Gatso cammera. On getting to the pub proclaiming they are not playing the game etc. and are barstewards and just aiming to get money out of you. The landlady then told us they actualy also had blue and red astra vans aswell.
