Does anyone know the spec. of these coilovers, can't find out anything on spring-rate, camber adjust/height adjust/dampening adjust.

There was one site, but it was in Japanesse.

Also while am on the subject was thinking about getting Tein 'Flex' coilovers, don't hear them mentioned too often, any good??
They have a pretty good spec. and also they are not super hard, which is a good thing.

Or if you can recommend anything else, that would be great!
