Question

Hi folks,

Does anyone have access to wiring diagrams for the scooby (UK MY98 turbo)? Or does anyone have "intimate" knowledge of the wiring loom? I'm wishing to splice into the loom and need info on the following:

* central locking
* indicators
* courtesy light

I think I've figured most of this out, but before making the splice I'd like to be sure (don't want to fry the car if I get it wrong!).

Please e-mail me directly if you can help.

Thanks,
Colin U.

I guess you are trying fit a swish alarm!
I am trying to get a workshop manual for a Imprezza Turbo from a local dealer for an M Reg......erm Type Ra

You might find that like in Car UK wiring there is a standard coding for the purpose of the wires, I sadly only have this info for British Cars - a manual for any other Subaru or the Haynes manual for the non-Turbo'd Subaru's might be worth a look see! Don't think a Haynes Book of Lies (HBOL) is around for the Imprezza Sport or Turbo!!!

Yes, I am fitting an alarm (not particularly swish) but it's not really the alarm features I need... it's remote c-locking that I'm after. When you're juggling a baby, pram, bag of baby-stuff, and the weekly shopping remote c-locking becomes an essential!

Thankfully J (Firefox) has offered his help with diagrams.
