I asked the same last week. Doesnt look like there is. The mechanic I currently use is trying to sign up with Ecutek. He does plenty of mapping, just not Ecutek. I'll post up if he gets it.

It may be a long way, but, a trip to Bob Rawle (BR Developments) in Swindon is well worth the journey.

There is a bloke near Carlisle who does ecutek but does not do the tek 3 only the pre set maps tek 2
