Watch out there's a thief about!
9pm last night I saw a shadow outside the window, I go to investigate and find out the guy is half way through the door. I chased after him, but he was too quick and had someone waiting in a Subaru with the engine running. I got the registration plate and phoned the police. Turned out to be a false plate. There was a police helicopter over the area within 10 minutes, but no car found. The police said he was definately after my car keys to my WRX. When questioned if this was a common thing in Northampton the 2 police officers just looked at each other and made no comment!?
The getaway car is a subaru turbo, 5 door, dark mettalic red. Reg number V281BRU.

...some f##k muppets had a go at mine last night! (along with a couple of other cars in the car park)
...screwdriver in the door lock, opened up, popped the bonnet and cut through the loom to the siren!...managed to kill it dead, thank god!
...for future reference, insurance company told me that if I made a claim the eventual cost, including loss of 2 yrs no claims, would add up to about £650!!!
...I chose the cost of a new alarm and barrel route!
...thank f##k for JD and coke....etc.
...still, tomorrows another day!
