Default Best ECU upgrade for modded MY93 WRX

Hello all

After a bit of advice from the guru's in here about fitting an ECU upgrade to a MY93 WRX with following mods

HKS Air intake system
HKS exhuast system, with full decat etc
HKS 3 port Boost solenoid
HKS EVC Pro 4 Boost controller
HKS FMIC
HKS FCD Unit
HKS Boost Gauge
Uprated Fuel pump (new) Warbro
7D ECU (95/6 UK type??)
VF34 Turbo

I have just had the VF34 Turbo fitted and I will not be fitting anymore mods to the car, I just want it to run as good as it can with the above mods.

I don't want to spend silly money so what would be my best route?

Scooby ECU with map supplied £100
Scooby ECU with custom remap £300 (I think this one......)
Uni-Chip with Custom remap £565 (£565 bit too much money)
Any other ways I haven't heard about??????

Your advice in helping me make this final mod to my car will be greatly appreciated.. Be as descript as you like

Cheers

Link is very popular. I may be selling mine which would fit your car. The benefit of Link is that you can tweak it yourself whilst it's in the car, or running on the road. Will probably come in over-budget though. You won't need your FCD once you have a new ECU / remap.

By the way, make sure you stay off the boost until you get a remap!

Hello M8,
I am currently running a similar spec to you with some additional mods and a scoobyecu custom mapped by myself (With Advice from Others ) and the results have been very good so far but during a recent mapping session the standard clutch decided 1.5bar was too much causing severe slip and burning so at present I am only running 1.2bar until a new uprated clutch is fitted Hopefully then I will be able to play a little more

Cheers

BTT

Come on Guru's more advice from the boffins please please please

As said not expecting masive power gains, just want to make most of mods I have and have the peace of mind it is fueling correctly etc

Looking at mo 2nd hand Uni-chip, fitting myself as easy, taking to get mapped on RR and running at 1.3 bar pressure...

Your thoughts please...

Cheers

The experts probably think your question has been answered. Best solution is a custom mapped ScoobyECU in my opinion
