Has Subaru come up with a fix for MY99/00 hesitation?

If you had the problem you would know.
As most garages say: 'What problem?' or 'They all do tat sir'.

Len, I think your are getting confused between overboost fuel cut and the hesitation under gentle acceleration that plagues the MY99/00. The hesitation should be felt when the car is cold and you try to make smooth progress under gentle acceleration, going uphill when cold can also show up the problem. I don't know of any fix for this except replacement of the ECU with a Link or such like...........
