Can anyone tell me what the sequence of check engine light flashes,if any, indicate all is normal.

Just a series of 'long' flashes (about 1 second), I think.

had simlr prob with my95 long flashes 1 sec apart is right should clear to no flash after reset mode. but dont forget must give it a good mile or so drive between fault diagnostic or youl end up going round in circles.(dont ask how i know!!) you may have more than one problem in there somewhere.
