could anyone tell me where it is possible to get the above painted and ready to fit my03 wrx in graphite black mica,also any ideas on prices etc.

Scooby dealer part. STI8 ones fit straight on once you remove original WRX foglight cowling. Price about £30 each.

me too. Exact same colour (with pink STI badge!). Fitting instructions for muppets would be appreciated.

 

The cowling is the bit which sits around the WRX foglight, it just clips in. It has the vents (which are just for looks) in the top corner, if you pull it off you are left with the foglight in a black hole! You must remove this first so that the STI covers can clip in place.
