What boost level for IHI-VF23 on UK engine?

What boost levels can be run on the UK engine with the IHI-VF23 turbocharger so that it remains reliable in all conditions? (a good ECU map assumed).
I think.....
1.2 bar from 3000-5000rpm
dropping down to
1 bar at the redline ?????
