Spark Plugs?

Question

I have a set of PFR 6G-NGK-R spark plugs in my96 STi,are these standard or uprated and if standard which ones should i go for!

They are standard, I used PFR7B's in my MY96 Sti 2 wagon gapped at 0.7mm, the 7's are one grade cooler and seem to work well. IMHO the B's (as fitted to later cars) are better than the G's

They are very good, S35i's would be the ones to use. (currently what I use)

hi bob
i am using the PFR7B as you recommended to me few months back. but the garage i am using was trying to get me to use PFR6s also i have noticed they had PFR 7A can you tell us what is the difference ? they told me that the PFR 6 is a cooler running plug that would be more suited to the boost i am running
