What is checked/replaced in a 60K Service

My Type R is coming up for it's 60K service and I would like to know what is checked or even replaced during this service as most places I have checked seem to be charging about £400+
Power Engineering use to have a list on their web site but can't seem to find it now as they have updated their web site.

it is a full service, so all the oils get changed as well as all the filters, brake fluid and anti freeze.
Timing belt is not part of this service on yours as previously done at 45k, only 00my motors onwards get changed at this one.
