BEAR WITH ME I'VE ONLY OWNED IT 2 WEEKS.
WHILST DRIVEING GENTLY ALONG THE CLUCTH PEDAL ACTION IS FINE, BUT WHEN I ACCELARTE AND THE CAR COMES ON TO BOOST THE PEDAL DEPRESSES OK BUT ON RELEASEING IT COMES OUT 2/3 OF THE WAY AND THEN STICKS MOMENTERILY BEFORE MOVEING WITH A LOUD THUD. CLUTCH FLUID LEVEL IS OK.
ANY COMMENTS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Caused by one (or both) of two things.
Either the clutch fork return spring has become saggy
Or the clutch is well worn and now not balanced
On your age car, my money is on the first option.
The spring is under the intercooler and goes from the clutch fork to the bracket under the throttle body.

This is exactly what my clutch does!!!! Last visit to Power Engineering, they took a look at my clutch pedal assembly compared to another car and found that a small grommet/bush(?) was missing from the assembly. They didn't have one in at the time so it's getting fixed next time I go back. In the meantime they told me it wouldn't have any adverse effects on the car.... but it pisses me off considerably!!!
