Hi there all

Could anybody tell me where the engine number is located on an early 1993 WRX? My friend has just bought one and I asked him where the engine number is and he didn't know. I couldn't find it after half an hour of searching, somebody must know where it is

 

The number is just behind the alternator on top of the engine.
