I know there have been loads of posts on these things before but this is different.

I have just got one through the post and all I want to know is can I fit one in my lnch hour? which starts at 1 o'clock today.

I looked in the box to find some L brackets. Can anyone help me by telling me where to attach these to on the car so that I might get a chance to eat my lunch aswell.

If you cant respond in 35 minutes its probably not worth your time to reply.

I hope you got a discount to make up for not being supplied the instructions sheet (japanese writing, universal pictures).
You want the right angle bracket for the impreza, the other one (2 bends) is for a legacy. The best clue is in the GC8 code (impreza 4dr, GF8 5 dr).

This is no doubt redundant info anyway. Did you get it fitter ok?

managed to fit it after work, tighter squeeze than I thought. Pete C told me which bolt wholes to secure L bracket to but the brackets supplied were no way near long enough. Couldnt be bothered to by mor so I used a different bolt that seems to have very little other function tat screws into the body just inside where the wing mates to the shell. It works and makes a great noise so I dont care.
