Has anyone else experienced a juddering sensation when accelerating not at full power (not clutch judder). This is not a violent feeling but just that it is not pulling evenly throughout the rev range. This doesn't happen all the time but I was wondering if it cured itself with use. The car has only done 5000 miles (MY1999).

Check for leaks in the boost pipes....

rough/low idle ? could be dirty plugs....

Its hard to say.... The dealer should pick it up...

It seems to be worse when the car is warm and I have noticed it particularly in 3rd gear. The tickover is also very low (seems to be about 600 rpm) and sometimes the tickover is a bit lumpy. I know that the boxer engine tends to warble a bit but I have generally found it to be quite smooth when revved. When pulling away when warm the engine does tend to get bogged down as if the tickover is a bit too low. All of these points tend to say to me that perhaps the fuel mixture needs resetting or perhaps one of the ignition leads is breaking down. It is due for the 7500 mile service soon, so I will have it checked then, however anybody else's experiences would be useful to know.
