It's a Dayco belt should have been £55 but i get my discount...
I questioned the name but they told me all the belts are made by the same company but just marketed by other firms... you get the same gaurantee as you would with a Gates or Blue print belt...

It may be made by the same company, but it will probably be old technology! the materials used in timing belts is improving all the time. What tends to happen is a company will make belts for manufacturers ie Subaru, using the most up to date materials, for third party suppliers they will use yesterdays technology, And for car supermarkets last years technology.Nothing wrong with it but not up to the minute. A bit like oils, ie 10w40 se/sf. The letters keep getting further down the alphabet, sg/sh as oil technology improves. I just think if you buy a genuine subaru belt if it goes **** up you may have some comeback. IMHO!
