Just been to my local dealer to book my newly purchased P1 in for a 30k service.
Ask about the possibilty of getting warranty cover as the P1 was out by 2 weeks, wasn't expecting them to do it but fair play, they said "no problem".

I then bring it to his attention that I have a full Scoobysport de-cat and as this would obviously affect the amount of coverage available.


S D, "what exhaust"

me, "that Scoobysport system on the car"

S D, "I can't see one"

me, "well it is on it"

S D, "I assure you (wink wink) I am not aware of there being any aftermarket exhaust on your car"

Needless to say I am very happy, certainly wouldn't get that at a BM' dealer.

 

see if they are friendly (wink wink) if u need to claim on warranty

 

sometimes it's better to keep these things to yourself.

Lets not encourage IM to clamp down anymore than they already do
