having a laff with this tvr thru the dartford tunnel last night, he'd nail it, then i would, A BATTLE OF THE EXHAUST noise lol

then he nails it off into the outside lane when we exit tunnel, i do the same and sit level, even start gaining. he was going for it as that exhaust note was seriously growling WOW wot a noise

We (me n Deb) were both surprised as we were expecting him to pull away easily, had to pull off 2nd junction but he did hazards as i indicated off.

Which Griff was it mate.
After an 'L' reg they are all 5 litre jobbys and capable of 0-100 in 10-11 seconds. Prior to that the 4 litre 240BHP model wasn't quite so quick, and maybe the 4.3Big Valve also.
The older cars pre 'L' reg were mostly de-cat cars and they are the ones that really growl ....

God i miss TVR ownership .....

cant be 100% but i'm sure it was T reg!!!

anyway, i just thought it was gr8 fun in the tunnel
