Hunting at tick over

My 98 Turbo is Hunting, The revs at tick over go up and down between 200 & 900 revs/min for no apparent reason.
I have taken it to main dealer who has changed the cam position sensor and air flow sensor but it has not solved the problem.
Any ideas???
