Over the last week my 94MY has developed a bugger of a problem. Most of the time the boost comes in at 3000rpm then stops at 4000rpm only to return at about 4700 then holds until I change gear. Sometimes it then comes straight back in but sometimes does not come in until about 4000rpm. What could this be?

There is no smoke from the exhaust, no oil in the turbo inlet.

mods: Scoobysport exhaust, HKS powerflow kit, HKS sequential blow off valve, Broquet. All these mods have been fitted since March (bar the Broquet) with no problems.

Could it be sticky actuator?

Can anyone explain how this works and if I can fix it if it is the problem.
