Is 25ms fast enough?

My old 21" CRT has finally bitten the dust, so I have been looking around for its replacement. I would like to have a flat screen, but the problem is I occasionally use it for games.
There is a very nice TFT from Viewsonic that has good reviews, but the response time seems too slow. Of course, it's impossible to get a test drive on one of these, so what do you think? Alternatively does anyone know of a 20" plus TFT with a fast response time?

I use an Eizo Flexscan L675 with a 25ms rate..... I play counterstrike all the time and have no problems shooting lots of ppl
