Does anyone know whether ScoobySport has a distributor in The Netherlands?

When I went to collect my turbo from the Subaru dealer in Groningen last week I saw a Scoobysport exhaust on display.

The guy to speak to is called Wim - he's really helpful and I think he mentioned that he was the only official Scoobysport distributer in the Netherlands.
