Extension of 5Yr Warranty

From: The Ghost Town. Drives RS6
5 yr warranty from new is nearly up, and Subaru Assistance have offered me the option of extending for a further 12 months, comprehensive cover against any electrical/mechanical failure etc, for £405. I think it's basically the same cover as the From New Warranty.
Does this sound a good deal, or better available elsewhere for less?
