Bleeding clutch!!!!

Hi

Just put the engine back in with a new clutch however cannot seem to bleed it as pedal falls to the floor with only last 2 inches of pressure, any tips?

From: from a land thats cold and wet

there is adjustment on the pedal you may have to move that
