Oil for Auto box

Could anyone tell me the correct viscosity for a '97 WRX auto box?

All "ATF" oils are basically the same viscosity, so not really a requirement normally listed,just make sure you are checking the auto box and not the front diff oil.

Has anyone got any info on changing the oil in the auto bax and the front diff, i have the service manual but this only covers maunual
