the new shape car has more mounting locations for the gearbox than the older shape cars.

i know that the new box goes on the old cars, but am not sure if it would work the other way round.

I would ask someone like wallis.

 

Fairly sure it would go..

Check starter mounting points..

also diff ratios.. other wise dont see why not.. linkage may need pursuading.
