Can anyone enlighten me ? I have a sti 2 fitted with a remapped ecu, an induction kit, full flow exhaust, Boost controller and water injection (also has water spray for intercooler).The net product of these mods is 310bhp/275lbs of torque. Im considering a new manifold and a front mounted intercooler to take power to about 330-340bhp/295-300lbs of torque. Can the sti engine cope without going bang ? anyone know. I have been informed by japtuning that they have tuned early sti's to 360bhp and no reported probs.
