thanx... ne ideas where i can get a lightweight flywheel from for wrx 95 ? i've seen sum on net usa and japan (Jun & ogura), all over £250, is that normal price ?

 

I had a lightened one fitted by GDA (www.gdasportscars.co.uk), it was £270 but I don't know where they got it from. Give them a call.

A good bet is to contact some of the rally prep guys, who buy a car with one in, and have to remove them because of the regulations, someone should have one at half (or less) than the price of a new one.

I also think that some people get their standard ones lightened (or buy a second hand one and get that lightened).

Other than that, you're going to have to pay the price.

There's lots of well known companies in the UK selling them though.
