Posted this in Interior forum, but not much seems to happen there.

Anyway, How do i remove the parcel shelf from the back of my MY97, so I can fit new speakers. I have declipped the shelf from inside the boot and now removed the back seats, but it wont budge. Seems to be attached at each of the side pillars, but I can't get in there without ripping more bits of my car

I am sure I am a compete dunce, but someone will be able to help me

They will come out but a bit of force is required. Try and bend the parcel shelf up a bit in the middle to pull the sides in slightly.
