My mate's got what's called "twin purge valves"! Two jet nozzles of CO2 that can be mounted anywhere (they are exactly like the skyline from 2Fast 2 Furious).

It's very cold indeed and comes with a warning as it could freeze something essential if sprayed right at it though, supposed to be good for brake cooling, but he's just using it for show!

I just have as it happens and it couldn't have been easier!! All I did was mount a cossie oil spray bar over the intercooler (It has 6 pin size holes in it) and got a C02 fire extinguisher.Screw off the cone part of the extinguisher and attatch a braided steel line from the extinguisher to the spray bar.I then mounted the extinguisher to the floor of the rear nearside passenger footwell. All I need to do to spray the intercooler with C02 is to squeeze the original trigger of the extinguisher!!!

Job's a good un!!
