Cheers SG, what have you done with the boost solenoid??

Do I need a boost selenoid now if I have a Dawes?
Thinking of removing the boost solenoid altogether and selling it then??

Best to leave it connected and just plug the pipes otherwise you might get a check engine light.

Question

Dougster spotted today that my Dawes was still connected up to my boost solenoid.

Had a look at his engine and his Dawes is connected directly between the nipple on the turbo to the actuator.
On mines I have a T peice after the Dawes but before the Actuator.
One pipe from the Dawes goes to the actuator and one goes to the boost solenoid.

Is my set up incorrect?

Thanks in advance

Scoty
