Cheers SG, what have you done with the boost solenoid??
Do I need a boost selenoid now if I have a Dawes? Thinking of removing the boost solenoid altogether and selling it then?? :D Scoty |
Best to leave it connected and just plug the pipes otherwise you might get a check engine light.

Cheers guy's, will sort it tomorrow

Dougster spotted today that my Dawes was still connected up to my boost solenoid.
Had a look at his engine and his Dawes is connected directly between the nipple on the turbo to the actuator. On mines I have a T peice after the Dawes but before the Actuator. One pipe from the Dawes goes to the actuator and one goes to the boost solenoid. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/stlaw/Dougsters.JPG http://homepage.ntlworld.com/stlaw/Scoty.JPG Is my set up incorrect? Thanks in advance Scoty [Edited by Scoty - 8/9/2003 2:49:23 PM] |
