got the board, memory arrive this morning. fitted the corsair xms 3700 (matched pair btw for deffo coz i ordered from overclockers) onto my asus board. put one module in DIMM1 and the other in DIMM3. memory frequency is now 205Mhz but still in single channel mode

anyone (Jay,Si,nick et al) have any ideas? do i need to change summat in the BIOS or should the memory be recognised as dual channel in these slots?

cheers

if its ANY help I had this problem. I've got the same board but at the moment PC2700 DDR. I was getting 'Single Channel Mode' on boot so I cleared my CMOS and it cured the problem. Not saying this will work for you tho.
